HY10W line type lightning arrester is used to protect AC electrical equipment in power plants and substations from damage caused by atmospheric overvoltage and operating voltage. The standards for product production implementation are GB11032-2000 (eqv IEC-4:1991) "AC gapless metal oxide lightning arrester" and JB/T8952-2005 "Composite jacket gapless metal oxide lightning arrester for AC systems".
