Product Description
The LW9-66kV SF6 circuit breaker is a porcelain column type high-voltage AC sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker with the CT15 spring mechanism. The three poles of the circuit breaker are assembled on a single frame, with each pole consisting of a single break structure. All movable components of the three-pole arc extinguishing chambers are mechanically connected to the spring operating mechanism.
The electrical control, protection, signaling devices, SF6 gas pressure monitoring system, and the spring mechanism are all housed inside the control box (2-5). The arc extinguishing chamber (2-2) is connected to the inner cavity of the support porcelain bushing (2-3), filled with SF6 gas at a rated pressure of 0.50 MPa at 20°C. The gas is connected to the gas density controller (2-10) inside the control box through gas pipelines. When the SF6 gas pressure drops to 0.45 MPa at 20°C, an alarm signal is triggered, indicating the need for gas replenishment. When the SF6 gas pressure drops to 0.40 MPa at 20°C, the high-voltage circuit breaker will trip.
