This product has the characteristics of small size, easy installation and maintenance,low noise, low loss, anti-theft, full protection, and strong overload capacity. It is suitable for new residential areas, green belts, parks, station hotels, construction sites, airports and other places,ZGS13-12/0.4 series prefabricated substations (American style), suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply system, as substation,metering,compensation control and protection devices. This product complies with the following standards: GB17467 "High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" DL/T537 "High Voltage and Low Voltage Prefabricated Box Substation Selection Guide".

This diagram shows the layout of an electrical assembly. At the top, a Heat sink is positioned above the "Transformer location". Below this transformer area, a rectangular compartment is divided into two sections: the High pressure chamber on the left and the Feeder room on the right. In the lower - right corner, there is a Cable fall with dimensions marked as 700×600.

 

Underground Cable Trench

1. Dimensions & Structure:
   • The trench has a width of 1400 and a depth that "depends on cable layout, generally 1500" (as noted in the diagram).
   • The side walls are built with red brick walls, and the base is reinforced with 300 - thick reinforced concrete for structural stability.
2. Internal Components:
   • A ground bar (25×5 flat bar) is installed within the trench, crucial for electrical grounding.
   • A cable fixing bracket (made of 50×50 angle steel) provides support for cable installation.
   • Cable holes are cut into the side walls, allowing cables to enter/exit the trench.
