YBW prefabricated substation (European box transformer) is a compact prefabricated substation that combines high-voltage electrical equipment, transformers, low-voltage electrical equipment, etc. into a compact complete distribution device for receiving and distributing electrical energy in the distribution system. This type of substation has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil type substations, box type substations with the same capacity usually occupy only 1/10-1/5 of the area of conventional substations, greatly reducing the design and construction workload, as well as reducing construction costs. YBW prefabricated substations can be used for ring network distribution systems, as well as for dual power or radiation terminal distribution systems. They are a new type of complete equipment for the construction and renovation of urban and rural substations.
This product is composed of a high-voltage distribution device, a transformer, and a low-voltage distribution device, which are connected and divided into three functional compartments, namely the high-voltage compartment and the low-voltage compartment. The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged in various power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc. It can also be equipped with high-voltage metering components to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose S11, S13 and other oil immersed transformers or SCB10, SCB11 dry-type transformers; The transformer room is equipped with a self starting forced air cooling system and a lighting system. According to user requirements, the low-voltage room can be composed of panel or cabinet mounted structures to form the power supply scheme required by the user. It has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, energy metering, and power measurement, which meet different user requirements and facilitate power supply management and improve power supply quality.
The high-voltage chamber has a compact and reasonable structure, and has comprehensive anti misoperation interlocking function. When requested by the user, the transformer can be equipped with tracks that allow easy access from both sides of the transformer room through the doors. Each room is equipped with automatic lighting devices, and all components selected for high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance and easy operation, ensuring safe and reliable product operation and convenient maintenance. Two methods, natural ventilation and forced ventilation, are used to ensure good ventilation and cooling. Both the transformer room and the low-voltage room have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan is equipped with a temperature control device that automatically starts and stops according to the set temperature to ensure full load operation of the transformer.
The box structure can prevent rainwater and pollution from entering and is made of special steel plates or aluminum alloy plates. After anti-corrosion treatment, it has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof performance, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
